For EU Customers: Send your return via a prepaid, insured, traceable method. Please retain your shipping documentation so that we can complete your request in the event that the goods are lost in transit.

RETURNS
Please ensure that swimwear is tried on over underwear and that the hygiene strip is not removed. We reserve the right to refuse returns where it is apparent that this has not been done.
Should you be dissatisfied with your order we offer you the chance to return within 14 days of delivery date for a replacement or refund.
Simply return with original invoice having completed the 'Returns' section to Sand in my toes Returns, PO Box 1234, High Wycombe, HP11 9BX, United Kingdom.
Be sure to send via registered post so as to protect you against loss. Please keep the box - it is a gift from us to you.
Refunds are credited to the credit card used to purchase. We will refund you the full costs of the items you have returned within 28 days. We only refund postage where items are faulty.

CUSTOMS, DUTY & TAXES
Please note that it is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods on all packages destined outside the European Union, and shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Returning goods on which duty has been paid
If you have paid import duty for goods received, and subsequently return the goods to us, it should be possible for you to claim a refund of duties from your local Customs authority. To do this, you will need to show them proof of duty paid and proof of export (e.g. certificate of posting) when claiming your refund.

TERMS OF PURCHASE
Registration
To use some of the services and features made available to you on this Site, you will need to Register. We may change registration requirements from time to time. When you register, you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. Should any of your registration information change, please log in and then make any amendments on the ‘My Account’ section of the site.
Ordering
All orders for Beachwear shall be deemed to be an offer by you to purchase the Beachwear in accordance with these Terms.
The checkout stage sets out the final details of your order. Following this, we will send you an order acknowledgement email detailing the Beachwear you have ordered. Please note that this email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Sand in my toes.
The acceptance of orders for Beachwear shall be at the entire discretion of Sand in my toes and the completion of the contract between us will take place on despatch to you of the Beachwear ordered (unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled all or part of it).
Prices, Taxes & Duties
All prices quoted are exclusive of delivery charges – please refer to the 'Shipping & Delivery' section above. In relation to orders inside EEC, the prices quoted are in British pounds sterling or Euros and include VAT.
No VAT is charged for €Euro and $US orders delivered outside EEC – however, the prices quoted do not include any additional taxes or duties. You are responsible for payment of any local duties or taxes which may be payable on entry of your order into the relevant country. You authorize Sand in my toes to issue all certificates and documents required for any such duties or taxes. Sand in my toes cannot be held liable for any of these extra costs, but will of course endeavour to help you in anyway we can with any queries that you have.
While we try and ensure that all prices on our Site are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the Beachwear, you will receive a full refund.
Payment
The main prices quoted on our site are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP), and this is the currency in which you will be charged.
Although you can choose to display prices in US dollars or Euros this is for information only - the transaction will be completed in GBP and converted by your bank at their prevailing exchange rate.
Sand in my toes accepts no responsibility for any currency conversion charges levied by your card issuer as a result of shopping on our website.
Payment can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, Master Card, Delta, and Switch debit cards. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon receipt of your order by our nominated payment agent, PayPoint (www.paypoint.net).
You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours.
All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
In the event that we are unable to supply the Beachwear, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.
A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the Beachwear.
Promotional Codes
Promotional codes entitle you, at the time of ordering, to a discount on an order with Sand in my toes. Only one promotion code can be used per order. Discounts do not apply to delivery and other charges. Promotion codes are only valid for a limited period of time.
The expiry date will be publicised with the relevant promotional code.
Please note you will have to 'update' your shopping bag in order for a promotional code to be effective.
Any misuse of the promotional code or system will mean the voucher or promotion can be withdrawn at any time at Sand in my toes’ discretion.
Gift Vouchers
Voucher codes starting 'SIMT' can only be used against one order.
Sand in my toes vouchers can be bought for £15, £25, £50, £75, £100, £250 and £500 denominations.
The vouchers can only be bought and used online at www.sandinmytoes.com.
All vouchers are sent to the recipient via email only.
Gift vouchers are only valid for a limited time and the voucher must be used by the date shown on the voucher – check your voucher to find out when to use it by.
We’re afraid we can’t accept any responsibility for stolen or deleted gift vouchers.
We’ll despatch your gift voucher either as soon as payment has been cleared or on your specified delivery date (if this is later). We’re afraid we can’t be responsible for any delays, no matter how they are caused.
If you are the purchaser, please double check the delivery email address you enter – it is your responsibility to do so and we’re afraid we can’t be held responsible if a gift voucher is used by someone other than your recipient if the email address entered is incorrect.

How to purchase gift vouchers
Click on the gift voucher and then buy now link.Enter gift voucher value, recipient’s name, sender’s name, personal message, delivery date and recipient’s email address. You will then be asked to either log onto your account or register as a customer, follow payment instructions and receive an order confirmation via email. The recipient will then receive their gift voucher via email on the date selected by you.
Not sure of your friend’s email? – Don’t worry, simply put your own address into the ‘Email Address’ field (although don’t forget to put your friend’s name in the ‘To’ field). We will then send the gift voucher to your inbox so you can either forward the email on once you have your friend’s email address, or alternatively you can print the voucher out and give it as a paper copy. All the details needed to use the voucher are on there, so your friend won’t have a problem using it.
How to spend gift vouchers
To spend the gift vouchers, shop as usual on the website and then proceed to checkout. During checkout you’ll be asked to enter the gift voucher code. After entering the gift voucher code click ‘update’ for your order to be updated with credit to the value of the voucher(s). If there’s any balance to pay, you can use your debit or credit card in the usual way. If you do not spend the full value of the voucher(s), the remaining credit will be stored in your Sandinmytoes.com online account and can be used towards your next purchase on Sandinmytoes.com so long as before the voucher expiry date.
Any variations to these Terms must be in writing otherwise they will not be binding on either party.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the Site and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use the Site and your continued use of the Site will signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.
All sizes, measurements and the size guide are approximate but we do try to make sure they are as accurate as possible.
We have made every effort to ensure the colours that you see on our Site accurately reflect the colour of our Beachwear on delivery. However, the settings on your computer and/or monitor may cause discrepancies. Sand in my toes shall not be liable for any of these variations which are outside its control.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Sand in my toes delivers in the UK via Royal Mail Your order will be dispatched once payment has been approved and your address has been verified.
Items in your shopping bag can be delivered to one address only. We cannot deliver to a PO Box address.
Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified below and also when you place your order. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Sand in my toes shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver your order within estimated timescales.
2-3 Days to Deliver: We will endeavour to deliver packages within 3 business days to our customers living in the UK
7-10 Days to Deliver: We will endeavour to deliver packages within 10 business days to our customers living outside the UK
Sand in my toes has arranged for all merchandise in transit from Sand in my toes to the delivery address to be insured against theft and accidental damage at no cost to you, until the merchandise has been delivered to the specified delivery address, at which point the merchandise is no longer covered by insurance.
CANCELLATION & RETURNS POLICY
We offer a 14 day money back guarantee if you’re in anyway dissatisfied with the beachwear you have ordered. Please see above 'RETURNS' section for instructions and conditions.
Return of Faulty Beachwear
If you believe any of the beachwear we have supplied you is faulty, you should return the item to us within three months of purchase together with a note explaining what you believe to be the problem.
When we receive the item, we will investigate the fault and contact you to agree the most appropriate resolution. This typically involves offering you either a replacement, repair or refund.
Return of Gifts
Please be aware that, as part of the returns process, the purchaser will automatically be notified by email of any returns, refunds or replacements. Unfortunately, we cannot prevent this as it is an automated part of our returns system. In addition, refunds will be credited to the credit card used when purchasing the order (see below).
Refunding Money
Once we have received your return beachwear, we will endeavour to process your request for either a refund or replacement as quickly as possible. In some cases this may take up to 28 days (excluding shipping time), so we would be grateful if you could bear with us. Please note that we can only refund the credit card you originally used to place your order. We cannot credit any other cards or persons, nor send cash, make bank transfers or cheques.
You will not receive a refund for taxes and duties you paid on shipping or on items delivered outside the European Union. However, once you’ve returned the Beachwear to us, it should be possible for you to claim a refund of duties from your local Customs authority. STOCK AVAILABILITY
If an item is out of stock you will see an out of stock message directly underneath the colour and size you have selected. You can still place the order for this product however the delivery date will be in accordance to the out of stock message i.e. ‘available in 10 days’.
When an item disappears from our site completely this means that it has sold out, and we unfortunately won't be getting any more stock. It is possible that we may have some returns however we can't notify individual customers when this happens so it's always worth re-checking our site every now and then.
SHOPPING BAG
As you shop on the sandinmytoes.com site, you can add products to your shopping bag. You will know once something has been added to your bag as the Shopping Bag icon on the top right of the page will be bulging! You can view the shopping bag by clicking on this shopping bag icon. If you change your mind, you can remove or change the quantity of any product you have added.
If you run out of time, your basket will be saved – in fact, as long as you use the same computer, the contents of your bag will remain there until you either clear them, log-out of your account or complete your purchase. Items in your bag are not reserved and will still show on the website. They therefore may still be purchased by another customer.
